Just as government works on the principles as laid down by the constitution, a person too works on the mission statements (principles) he creates for himself. Person’s decision making skills are based on the mission statements. Business mission statements can help a person bring effectives to his business organization. Every person has some desire or ambitions which he/she want to achieve in his/her life. To achieve these personal goals, social goals, business goals person should retrospect all his desires and then do goal setting. After goals are established, tracking of these goals and evaluating them on regular basis is important.
