With the sheer success of movie trailers, developers have been looking to expand such success in other directions. For instance, games have become a very popular subject in trailers. Movie trailers such as the Transformers trailer or Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix trailer will often be more professional, as video game trailers don’t always get the same attention. This is mainly because budgets are usually lower. However, the success has been apparent. Gaming trailers are showing great successes to advertise games, just like movie trailers do for movies. Even other applications are in existence- such as music or anti-drug trailers.
