My friend Joe was an avid internet surfer and he asked me which broadband host he should use for his new home. I knew he really liked using forums so I suggested that he do some research in a broadband forum called India Broadband. There’s a lot of detailed information on broadband hosts such as Mtnl and Reliance broadband. He went through the forum pretty quickly and got back to me the next day. We met for lunch and he told me that he decided to use Mtnl as his broadband hosts because he thought that their 24 hours help line and technical support will come in handy when the service or internet connection breaks down.
